To perform and maintain this important task, nonprofits have to navigate the opportunities and challenges of their organization for both internal and external customers. Some challenges include:

The vision and mission statements are the DNA of management and staff of the organization, and it will determine how they navigate the obstacles and evolving opportunities.
Our team members at KnA have worked in the government sector that contracted with multiple nonprofit organizations and have assisted management and staff in providing the necessary support and guidance to enable the organization to be successful by reviewing their operational plan, goals and processes surrounding staffing, accounting and monitoring. We have provided recommendations that would fit their needs and put the organization on a path to propel their financial success.
